2. Fees and Payments

• A one-time registration fee of US$250 is required to access our services.
• A monthly subscription fee of US$20 is required to maintain access to our services.
• All payments made to Millionaire FX Academy are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Subscription and Account Termination

• Failure to pay the monthly subscription fee on time will result in the permanent termination of your account and access to all services.
• Termination of your account will also result in the forfeiture of any referral bonuses earned.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your use of our services will be resolved under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
